Return Exceptions

Returns may not be accepted if the item is outside the return window, missing accessories, or damaged due to improper use.

Return Process

Customers should contact BYINTEK support with their order number, product name, and reason for the return to begin the process.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank. In most cases, refunds are completed within a few business days after approval.

Return Shipping

If the return is caused by the customer, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the carrier selected.

If the return is due to our error (such as damaged or incorrect items), BYINTEK will cover the return shipping cost.
