Find quick answers to common questions about using and setting up your BYINTEK projector.
What projection size and distance should I use?
BYINTEK projectors support a wide range of projection sizes depending on the model. In general, placing the projector between about 1 to 4 meters from the wall or screen can produce a comfortable viewing size for home use. Adjusting the distance will increase or decrease the image size.
How do I connect my phone to the projector?
You can connect your smartphone wirelessly using screen mirroring. For iOS devices, use AirPlay. For Android devices, use Miracast or the built-in screen casting feature. Make sure both your phone and the projector are connected to the same Wi-Fi network, then select the projector from the available devices list to start mirroring your screen.
How do I adjust the projector focus?
Most BYINTEK projectors support automatic focus. When the projector is powered on or moved to a new position, the image will automatically adjust for clarity. If needed, you can also fine-tune the focus manually through the projector settings or remote control.
How do I fix a distorted or angled image?
If the projected image appears tilted or uneven, you can correct it using the keystone correction feature. Many BYINTEK models support automatic keystone adjustment as well as manual correction. You can also use corner keystone settings to precisely align the image to your screen.
Why can’t I hear sound from the projector?
First, check that the projector volume is turned up and not muted. If you are using an external device, make sure the audio output is correctly selected. You can also connect external speakers or headphones through Bluetooth or the audio output port for a stronger sound experience.
